“Meet the mother writhin”

Pregnancy is one of the most special moments in life. This retreat will help women to take good care of themselves in pregnancy and postpartum.

It has been once said, that the moment a child is born, the mother is also born. She never existed before (Osho). We believe that motherhood journey starts earlier than that, namely when a woman only starts thinking about conceiving or when she gets to know she is pregnant. Therefore we welcome to this retreat also women who are only planning to become mothers.

We will guide you through this programme based on three main themes: connect with the mother inside you, connect with the child inside you, prepare for labour and postpartum. Activities included meditation, breathing techniques for each phase, simple yoga exercises, guide to nourishing foods, journaling prompts, guidance for labour and postpartum.

Behind every idea is a story… And this is ours.

Kim, Washina and Bermet, we are three ‘over a decade’ friends who found each other in different chapters of life - at university, at work, and along the way. What brought us together was not only friendship and work but also a shared experience: building our careers in corporate world while quietly yearning for balance, authenticity and space to breathe.

At some point, we started creating small retreats for ourselves - little escapes where we could slow down, reconnect and simply be in present moment without distractions. It was in those experiences that we realised: retreats don’t have to be far away, expensive or intense. It can happen anywhere.
