This programme blends movement and creativity to help you release, stay present, and embrace new beginnings. With daily themes such as Past, Present and Future and engaging activities, we support you in discovering what you need to take the next step. Experience this programme that provides practices such as cacao ceremony, Hatha yoga, walking meditation, writing exercises, Ayurvedic massage, creative painting and more. This retreat is designed to meet you exactly where you are and empower you for where you are heading next.

Nutrition
Wholesome food nurtures mind, body and soul, we love sharing recipes that enrich your retreat journey. For an additional €10 per person we provide you with healthy recipes and instructions to complete your retreat.
