This retreat is your invitation to slow down. Through relaxing activities and mindful reflection, you'll rediscover inner peace.

The Essentials programme spans 2-3 days, centered around various themes that help to set intention and focus. Expect to work with themes such as Gratitude, Love and Connection. We also incorporate guiding principles from Ayurveda to nourish your body and soul. Activities may include different practices such as cacao ceremony, yoga, creative workshops, Ayurvedic selfcare, meditation, closing ritual and more.

Expect to have the programme to be tailored to your needs, to your location, to your time. The Essentials is the programme that we could recommend to everyone who wishes to take a moment to relax, to renew and to energize from within.

Designed for those craving rest, it offers a flexible rhythm and nurtures.

You choose this yourself, and we can assist. We can customise the programme based on your choice (nature, city, at home). Need some inspiration? We are very happy to suggest some wonderful locations that would suit your programme.


Nutrition 

Wholesome food nurtures mind, body and soul, we love sharing recipes that enrich your retreat journey. For an additional €10 per person we provide you with healthy recipes and instructions to complete your retreat.
